๐ Our Recruitment Process
At Raveone Consultants, we follow a clear and collaborative hiring process designed to help MSMEs find the right talent quickly and reliably.
The journey begins when we receive the Job Description from the client. We take the time to understand the role, skills required, compensation range, and work culture. Once the JD is finalized, we post the job across leading portals, social media, and internal databases to attract suitable candidates.
Our sourcing team uses platforms like Naukri, Zoho Recruit, and our internal network to find relevant profiles. Every application is carefully screened to shortlist candidates who match the skillset, experience, education, and salary expectations. We then speak to each shortlisted candidate to assess interest and suitability for the role.
Based on this assessment, we submit 2 to 3 qualified profiles to the client along with a brief summary. If needed, we continue sourcing and submitting additional profiles until the client is satisfied. We coordinate interviews via Google Meet or schedule in-person discussions as preferred.
Once interviews are completed, we collect client feedback. If the candidate is selected, we assist with documentation and offer letter issuance. If not, we go back to the market and repeat the process with new profiles.
Our engagement continues even after selection. We stay in touch with the candidate until they join and conduct post-joining check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days. On the 91st day of successful employment, we raise the invoice and formally close the position.
This end-to-end approach ensures a smooth experience for both the client and the candidate โ backed by timely communication, consistent follow-up, and our commitment to quality.
